Overseas representation
Our own representation across Australia, Brazil, Hungary, Italy, Malaysia and the United Kingdom, feeding inbound business into the Gulf.
We are not a reseller with a search box. We contract the hotels, run the vehicles, employ the guides and staff the airport — then put all of it behind one login for the trade.
Arabian Oryx is recognised across the trade for professional service, personalised attention and creative itineraries. Our people are handpicked — multilingual travel professionals who know the destinations they sell because they operate in them daily.
We work as a full-service destination management company, handling FITs, groups, incentives and air travel from a single operations floor in Dubai Silicon Oasis. Much of our growth has come from repeat business and word of mouth, which is the measure we care about most.
Everyone here works towards the same goal: an exceptional service and an authentic, rich experience for the client standing in front of us.
Assets, teams and licences — not a supplier list.
Our own representation across Australia, Brazil, Hungary, Italy, Malaysia and the United Kingdom, feeding inbound business into the Gulf.
Coaches, sedans, limousines and desert-ready 4×4s, dispatched by our own transport desk rather than sub-contracted per job.
A dedicated department for GIT, MICE and incentive programmes, with site inspections and operations staff on the ground.
More than nine languages across reservations, guiding and airport assistance, so your clients are met in their own language.
Meet-and-greet, hotel representatives and our own guides, available around the clock at every arrival.
Contracted allocations with leading Dubai properties, including Jumeirah, alongside apartment and mid-market inventory.
An online reservation system for the trade, now being rebuilt as this platform with CRM and accounting inside it.
Direct visa terminals for UAE applications, tracked against the booking instead of chased over email.
A full outbound operation for UAE-based clients travelling worldwide, on the same contracts and the same platform.
Searched together, with contract type, allocation and cancellation terms visible before you confirm.
Every offline enquiry captured, assigned and tracked to a win or a documented loss.
Built from live inventory and issued as a branded, priced proposal.
Credit control, supplier payables and file-level margin, posted from the booking.
Mark-up rules, staff permissions and reporting for the whole operation.
The current reservation system did its job. The next one goes further: a single platform where a booking, an enquiry, an itinerary and a ledger entry are the same record seen from different desks.
It is being built with Travelexe as technology partner — a booking engine for hotels, sightseeing and transfers, a CRM for offline FIT and GIT queries with full query tracking, an itinerary builder, and an accounting and back-office layer underneath all of it.
Head office in Dubai Silicon Oasis, our own fleet and guides across the emirates, and a ground desk that answers at three in the morning because that is when arrivals go wrong.
